| Here is my study model for the Manhattan site (Peck Slip) area. I was playing with triangular pieces and givng the structure a "puzzle-like" form. |

| From a perspective view point, you are standing closer to South Street looking towards Pearl St. |

| The north side walls have the puzzle look but I want to give it more of a triangular form. To me, it looks a little too flat and solid. |

| A small peek inside. This area will be split into two floors with the second connecting towards the private building. |

| What I liked about the walk-way connecting the two structures is that it will be made of glass. The gallery will be situated here, giving the occupant something to look at as they cross. |
